1. What this site is
The Site is an adult humour community for jokes, memes, video clips, and forum discussion. Content may be crude, offensive, dark, or politically incorrect. It is intended for entertainment among adults who choose to participate. Nothing on the Site is professional advice of any kind.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to access or use the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Site is not directed at children.
3. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
- Do not share accounts or impersonate other people or organisations.
- Provide a working email address when registering so we can verify accounts and contact you about your posts when needed.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Site or other users.
4. Content you post
You remain responsible for everything you submit (jokes, memes, clips, comments, forum posts, messages, profile text, etc.).
- You must have the right to post what you upload (including images and video).
- Do not post material you know is illegal in the United Kingdom (or where the Site is operated from), including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, terrorist content, or content that clearly incites serious crime.
- Do not post malware, scams, phishing, or attempts to harvest other users’ credentials.
- Do not spam, flood, or automate posting in a way that harms the service.
- Humour is subjective; “offensive” does not automatically mean “allowed to stay.” Moderators may remove content or accounts where they judge a post crosses a line into genuine harm, illegal material, or abuse of the platform.
By posting, you grant the Site a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, moderate, and (where relevant) archive your content for operation of the service. You can delete your own posts subject to normal technical and moderation constraints.
5. Community conduct
- Do not harass, dox, stalk, or threaten real people. Jokes about public figures are one thing; targeting private individuals with personal data is not.
- Do not share other users’ private messages without a legitimate reason related to safety or moderation.
- Do not attempt to circumvent bans, rate limits, or security measures.
- Duplicate posting of the same gag (or near-identical rewrites) may be removed; you may be notified via site message.
6. Moderation
Moderators and administrators may edit, quarantine, remove, or archive content, and may restrict accounts, at their discretion and without prior notice where necessary. Decisions are made in good faith to keep the Site usable and within the law. Appeals, where offered (for example after a duplicate removal), are a courtesy and may be refused if abused.
7. Cookies and similar technology
- We use settings / functional cookies so the Site works as you expect (for example: session login, preferred feed sort, time range, marquee visibility, and cookie-consent preference).
- We do not use personal-data advertising cookies to sell ads or track you across other sites for marketing revenue.
- You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; some features may stop remembering your preferences.
8. Privacy (high level)
